Amazing!!!
Chef Al is absolutely amazing and understanding. Food was phenomenal. All my guests loved the charcuterie board and bruschetta for cocktail hour. Eggplant parm for dinner. Not one bad word at all. He even fed me the bride during my pictures which was the sweetest. Highly recommend to use them!

Chef Al was great to work with. Responsive, professional and easily worked with us on a few changes to the menu. Everything was perfect and our guests could not stop complimenting the food. His staff was also great and so nice! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
